THE FALL

WRITTEN BY TAYLOR HENRY

Oh these colored leaves fall from the sky

They bring old memories to my mind

The kind I wish would fade in time

Oh no one ever understands

Why I am the way I am

And it kills me

Lord I hate The Fall, it’s my least favorite season

It reminds me of a love I lost

Give me summer, winter, spring, we don’t need another

It’s just a waste of space in a year is all

Well the cool crisp wind blows in my face

And it takes me to that place

Where I held her so tight, she couldn’t get away

Then she reaches up and kisses me on my right cheek

God did my knees get a weak

This time of year is living hell to me

Lord I hate The Fall, it’s my least favorite season

It reminds me of a love I lost

Give me summer, winter, spring, we don’t need another

It’s just a waste of space in a year is all

Well it’s cold and the leaves are starting to die

And so is the heart that she left behind

Lord I hate The Fall, it’s my least favorite season

It reminds me of a love I lost

Give me summer, winter, spring, we don’t need another

It’s just a waste of space in a year is all
